Hi all, anyone have any trekking routes recommended in my time frame? Landing in Rome!

Thank you!

Hi! I suggest moving all the way up in the mountains. It’s not unusual to have good weather conditions and a good temperature starting from around 1500 meters high, circa.

I believe you should take a few steps in the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano (a bit north from Rome) and then move up north through trains / bus all the way to Trentino or the northern part of Veneto

A few loop trails to get through in a day

Feel free to reach out on my personal account for any doubt: @ItsMeAlex@mastodon.social

Probably too hot to do hiking in central and southern Italy during that time.

So many in the Dolomites which are accessible by train and bus, such a beautiful part of the world and delicious food
