For each open source project capable of doing this there are probably many others who can’t.
Shouldn’t the source code have to be released if the license has actually been enforced?
SCID rocks!

@sizeoftheuniverse @OptimusPrime i choose gplv3 whenever I can. Would not want anyone to pass on my software without giving those users the same rights I want them to have. To each their own, but I care about freedom for everyone, so prefer copyleft
Pick AGPLv3 for your next free software project, or even relicense your existing ones. See also https://www.fsf.org/bulletin/2021/fall/the-fundamentals-of-the-agplv3
@sizeoftheuniverse @OptimusPrime which ofcourse takes away others freedom to restrict which rights they give users of creations where they want to use copyleft software. Not a problem IMHO though :)
yea for serious projects which should stay free GPLv3 is a really good choice. On my fun projects I chose wtfpl 🙃
