Good DJs can play a set and back announce the tracks. Jim Ladd on KLOS comes to mind as a DJ I would specifically tune into back in the early 00’s. This was because of the awesome sets he’d produce, intermixing top hits with b-sides and deep cuts, truly expanding my knowledge and love of classic rock.

Well, apple used to be a significant price premium over the competition. Thanks to AI everyone else’s prices seem to have gone up significantly, while Apples have barely moved.

That makes this computer a good deal as much and anything, which given all the other issues Windows an MS has, makes it an easy choice to switch.

I had key caps like that in grad school both in my home and school computers. Made it real awkward when friends would come over and try to use my computer for something (e.g. look up some songs to put on a Spotify playlist).

Cuz other countries have strong consumer laws that make it so the price you see is the price you pay. Whereas here in the US we like to hide things like taxes and fees to 1. Make consumers overspend and 2. Make consumers extremely aware of the taxes they pay so that anytime reducing taxes on the rich comes up they think “yeah, I hate taxes, let’s lower them!”

I guess my question is more, is the “brave” one as good as uBlock? Or does it miss some things? Sounds like performance is better.

My only thought about using both would be if the “brave” version is more performant, but less protective, it could quickly get rid of most of the ads, and let uBlock get the rest, reducing how many are filtered at greater performance cost. But I’m sure that’s based on a gross misunderstanding of how it all works.

So should you use this now? Or keep uBlock origin? Or enable both for maximum protection?
