The difference is that microwaves instantly penetrate about an inch deep while heat from an oven takes time to flow there from the outer shell. With an oven, the heating power is concentrated on the outer skin, and some of it is wasted through convection

Was this survey taken among alive people? If so, it might be subject to survivorship bias. Left-handed people might die earlier on average.

15·10 days agoTorrents aren’t risky for movies as long as you don’t have “Hide file extensions” turned on. Unless someone’s wasting their zero-day video player exploit on you, which is unlikely, you wont find malware in an mp4 or mkv unless it’s actually an exe in disguise
Security questions are well known as one of the least secure forms of authentication

Whenever I hear about kitty, it’s always about a negative experience with the dev. I myself have had a negative experience with him. Dude’s gonna go down in history as a bad example of how OSS devs conduct themselves
I’m happy with the terminal, though. It’s fine for my simple needs
I’m with you, but in my case it’s about comfort. Most places don’t have ergonomic seating, and I have a hard time focusing when I’m not comfortably seated
Unless the screen is horizontally polarized, in which case you won’t see a thing unless you tilt your head 90°

GitHub’s reporting functions are limited. For example, it’s not possible to report the issue or the reply from GitHub Actions. And the form for reporting the whole repository is somewhat broken and annoying to use
