Adds a custom navbar to Lemmy with links to custom pages.

So I don’t know how to cross-post here so I’m just linking it directly to the script site. This allows you to create shortcuts to communities like in RES. It is a bit more manual, but it wasn’t hard to edit the navbar to what I wanted. Just change the label and the URL in the script.
