Shit not even worth the hard drive space

I’m starting to feel like this game is being made an example of how to not make videogames. Good.
These games do not get enough shame from their consumers to make any changes but money talks.
Buy the game and instantly request a refund.
I’m a bit out of the loop on this one, what else did this game do bad?
They’re explicitly not sending out review codes until launch suggesting that it’s likely a bad game, but also means they’re likely just going to try and make their money with unrefundable day 1 sales on Playstation/Xbox store
It’s probably not even bad bad. Just boring and mind numbing. I totally forgot the game even exists. The last thing i geard was about a year ago where some early gameplay showed that ut’s just a shooter now or something. It seems like a mix of that horrible marvel game and that horrible gotham knights game, but also a live service looter shooter. It just seems horrible
What’s the point of Denuvo on an always online live service game?
They are adding an offline mode after launch according to devs… Some day.
Until then, it’s to thoroughly crush the hopes of anyone still interested in the game.
Presumably to stop cheating.
Also to stop modding all those premium skins or whatever blatant cash grab bullshit is going on with this one.
When does this become Bait and Switch? I’d love to get into a class action against this, but I don’t preorder and I don’t buy anything with Denuvo.
Buy it and refund, that way you cost them money.
Don’t forget to leave a negative review if you do this.
Denuvo must be the smartest company out there for constantly tricking this chunk head big game developers into thinking it’s doing something, and totally does not hurt sales.
Frankly I don’t think it hurts sales, but I don’t think it helps them either. I wouldn’t be surprised if it has literally no impact on top-line revenue. That said, I agree with you that Denuvo is very successful at convincing game publishers that it does something and taking in massive licensing revenues.
IDK, I won’t buy games with Denuvo and have bought thousands of games. It probably hurts sales a little bit because of people like me, but not a huge amount (so far anyways, that might change as backlash grows and there are more people like me).
its usually not often the dev, but the punlisher that goes out to get denuvo used.
That would be disappointing if I had any intention of buying it, fortunately for me, I don’t usually play shitty games.
An excercise in how hard I can ignore A game
Well there wasn’t review copies so it didn’t get reported on ahead of time that it didn’t have it, right? Or did people who pre-order see it didn’t have it? I dunno, I never pre-order.
