They are pushing he has ‘mental health issues’ which doesn’t sit right. Looks like they are trying to say his behaviour was due to these issues. It’s not fair to others suffering with their mental health….
I understand what you are trying to say but it isn’t impossible for a mental break to result in questionable decisions, or in this case, illegal decisions. It doesn’t mean that he’s not responsible for his actions, even if he doesn’t remember them.
