    60,000 tonnes of food! This will impact the food situation in the recipient nation (China) and economically impact Ukraine.

    Did Russsia know this food was meant for china or was this an inadvertent self-goal?

      There’s really no way they could’ve known unless China is their sole importer right now. That would be the only way. Russian intelligence is anything but intelligent.

      It’s rice. They should have considered that it could be for China or for anybody or that they could Ukraine could easily use this for propaganda.
