Yummm that looks amazing. There’s just something so special about sizzling the garlic and chilli in hot oil!
It looks delicious! Also ‘scallion’ sounds like a fantasy critter of some kind so that’s extra neat.
I grew up calling them scallions, so I have to keep reminding myself other people call them green onions.
Edit: Especially since I then assumed, of course, that leeks were what people meant when they said green onion.
