Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has said that Ukraine is ?the most corrupt country in the world?, speaking about doubting the need to increase the European Union?s financial assistance for it.
Ukraine may have corruption problems, but it definitely is not the most corrupt country in the world.
And I’d point out that Slovakia has corruption issues too, but I think that Fico isn’t going to say that a good response from Brussels is to economically cut Slovakia off.
That’s weird, considering there’s a puppet of the Russian oligarchy in the PM position of Slovakia? Surely that would count as more corrupt, selling out your country, democracy, and the union it belongs to, for a little taste of Russian bootleather?
