Iran has unveiled the Fattah-2, a new Iranian-produced ballistic missile which it claims can travel at hypersonic speeds.

All ballistic missiles can travel at hypersonic speeds; if they can’t they are probably not called ballistic missiles (not from the definition of ballistic but from a practical categorization point of view)
