Hey, German here. What the f*** are Americans doing at the other side of the Atlantic? Some of you already know this monstrosity. I did’nt. This is a Ford F650 Truck and when I stepped out of my Youtube Bubble I realized, it was marketed as the “biggest, baddest Truck on the road” for the everyday American. Are you guys serious?! Is the end goal really to drive a Monster Truck to McDs to get a McFlurry? Americas bloodiest wars have been fought in the middle east to secure oil, bombing nations to rubble. And all, for this bullshit? The excess, waste and decadence is mind boggling to me and people on Reddit seriously justifying this by “you know dude I’m 6,4ft. I don’t fit in any other vehicle” makes me go up the wall.

This truck is almost explicitly a fleet vehicle for construction and the like. Pretending encountering this $150,000 work vehicle is a common occurrence is super disingenuous.

If you’re gonna be scared of trucks, we least be scared of the ones you actually see.

But what kind of work? It doesn’t have a huge bed. The bed is really high and loading/unloading stuff will be difficult. It looks extremly heavy and big, so driving it on small dirt roads will be impossible. And you don’t see vehicles like that here in Europe, even as work vehicles. The european industry is build on white sprinter vans. So what are you doing with this one here?

These things don’t come with a bed, you mount whatever you need on the frame like a hydraulic dump bed, tow truck lift, or a man lifter/cherry picker.
