        Alala ko nung Ulysses nagreklamo ako na bakit wala naman ulan pero yung hangin dinaig pa mga ibang bagyong dumaan for the last decade or so na hanggang Signal no. 1 lang, haha.

      Iirc wala pang Doppler radar ang PAGASA noong panahon ng Ondoy kaya hindi rin nila napredict yung dami ng ulan.

      I was unaware of the flooding that Ondoy caused during its peak. Electricity wasn’t cut off in our area either, internet connection was doing fine as well. It was only when I attempted to go out of the house to buy some food that I realized the damage it caused. No floods in our area, thankfully, but we’re almost literally an island that day.

      I should have been aware of the near-constant torrential rain all night and all throughout that morning though.

      stuffs like this is one reason why i finally decided to go offgrid… with all the stuffs happening in the envi, it will only get worst… it may happen once or twice a year but i think the investment is worth it…

      nanayari na din ito sa amin dati sa bicol, buwan inabot bago mabalik power… partida, tumulong na mga taga ibang province na ayusin damage…

    Napansin ko lang naman yung mga t-shirt na sinusuot ko madalas ay puro dri-fit na. I don’t think I can wear a regular shirt anymore, it might feel weird and heavy lol

    Tmi ahead. I tried using a menstrual cup earlier, it was not successful. I spent like an hour and a half in the bathroom, napagod ako. Pero gets ko na how it works, I just need to work on the placement. I really spent that long feeling up my bloody vagina with the cup going in and out. Hay.

    Kapag wala pa din mamaya I’ll use a lubricant (limited supply so kailangan ko galingan) else I’ll just buy another smaller size.

    Why am I so determined? Because I need to go to the pool without bleeding out there. I got stuff to practice. Pray for my success.

      Look into the punch-down fold, should make it easier to push the cup in. Once it’s in, push in from the fold side to seal the cup and you should be good. If it has an adjustable stem try walking with it for a bit and trim down as needed.

      Depende sa model pero pag newer units nasa 10-20k LCD.

      LPT: Unang una nila tinitignan when availing warranty is kung may dents or signs na nabagsak o nabasa. Pag wala sila makita, wala ka babayaran. If meron, your warranty doesn’t apply. That’s why having a bulky case that has 360 degree protection (Spigen Armor, UAG, Otterbox) is worth it. Para kahit nahulog or what, if they check it, phone still looks pristine.

    Now that I can comment in the website, let me rant a bit re: r/place.

    Good call that r/PH didn’t join this year’s r/place na inorganisa at a dubious time to begin with. This year’s r/place became a happy place for bots and streamers para mamburaot. Some Redditors even suspect that some Reddit admins themselves created those bots para mamburaot.

      Yung pinaka-suss talaga was the fact na we’re having it again this early when it’s supposed to occur like once every four years.

      Tapos hindi mo ma-gets duality ng ibang redditors. Galit na galit sa pinoy pride at “peenoise” pero akala mo laking kawalan hindi makapaglagay ng flag sa isang transparent na pautot. Hindi pa marunong magbasa ng pinned thread na may pinned comment. Uulanin sub ng mga tanong na kung ano balak at wala man lang daw ba nationalism (my Relay is still working so I get notifs from reports).

        Yang mga makukulit na yan, sila rin yung hindi marunong magbasa ng coordinates. Kasura yung last year, andaming **** na patong nang patong sa assigned pixel ko 🙄

          Pero in fairness yung higanteng Leni/Kiko flag last year matibay. Kahit may invaders, madali lang nababalik.

          Kaso nakakawalang gana na sumali because of bots. Yung mga “Join Lemmy” nga daw ang bilis nabubura.

      Di na ako magugulat na they condone bots. Sus yung statement nila sa r/palce na “we are working on mitigating with botting”

      I saw a github repo for a bot used in last year’s r/place with a long list of forks. It’s likely re-used this year as well. They couldn’t even address the spam bots so it’s unlikely they could put more effort for a short event.

      Totoong ang sus ng panahon ng place ngayong taon. Circuses part ng bread and circuses + engagement number boosting vibes para sa IPO and PR. Used to actively participate in the previous places but I cannot in good conscience support this year’s place.

    anong bibili lang ng ticket may pickup date and time pa. yung location ng pickup nila e walking distance lang naman dun sa venue. what if sabihin ko date and time 30-ish minutes before yung concert?

    idk marami kaya manonood ng galing US (virtually unheard of) group na acapella? i guess last time may choral festival dito mej marami naman nanood pero i’m thinking marami don hakot by the choirs din

    tas ang mahal wtf di kaya langawin to? we’ll see

    I think I just discovered “avocats ex crevettes ng kahirapan”:

    • Shrimp kropeck (yung nasa daan lang nabibili na kulay pink, kung nakakaluwag ng konti yung shrimp crackers sa grocery dalihin niyo ><. Pwede din siguro Fishda o yung Lala fish crackers dito)

    • Avocado dip na patamis: avocado, sugar, milk powder na tinitimpla at iniinom mo sa umaga (pag susyal kayo ng konti mag evap, or condensed milk na para pwede na anggalin yung asukal)
