LessWrong wrote HPMoR (Harry Potter and the methods of rationality). Because I liked that fantastic fanfiction, i tried really hard to read this new article, but despite my best efforts, i found it extremely hard to read and boring.
it is of course a very important topic : we don’t want nuclear war, and fast development towards (A.G.i.) artificial general intelligence might increase the risk …and despite this, i didn’t remember much of this reading of the article.
in conclusion, i recommend reading this only if you are a university professor in some remote field.
