And yet, in my area the only alternative to Uber is Lyft. A taxi won’t even show up if you call dispatch.
We have a lot of choices: Tada, Grab, LM, PassApp, probably others too. Luckily riders and drivers can make use of multiple ones and go for the cheaper/fairer ones.
