Weird, I always thought it was a thing and that when you’re in a crowd and the bomb planted on you explodes, that shrapnel goes into all the people around you. “They killed more” is not an excuse for killing children. Precision attacks also don’t kill children. I’m not sure why you don’t realize those things.
As far as “100% precision,” Israel seems to be able to do that just fine when they want to.
