I used my slicer to chop up a bunch of veggies and a ton of mushrooms and added soy sauce, lemon juice, 5 spice, ginger paste and sauteed them til soft then added water to make a broth. I separately cooked brown rice ramen and topped it with lentil sprouts and cilantro
You should try starting with a dashi of dehydrated shiitake and kombu. And if you can find it, try some yuzu instead of lemon.
I have a lemon tree and its citrus season so I’d rather use what I have and is overflowing right now. I think Yuzu takes kind of bad anyway.
I can’t get it because I love yuzu, but to each their own. It’s certainly a lot easier and cheaper to use lemon.
