minus-squaredukeGR4@monyet.ccOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up1·edit-21 year agoPork: 1 kg fresh pork belly 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of doenjang 1 big onion quartered 1 bulb of garlic 1 smol biji ginger 1 cup of coffee (hazelnut preferred) enough water to cover the pork boil for maybe 1 hour then lower the heat and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. do not overcook it it will fall apart when you cut it. quite bland so the fermented shrimp sauce is a must also (forgot to make today): 1 table spoon saeujeot 1 teaspoon sugar gochugaru to taste water to taste minced garlic (a bit) sesame seeds ( a bit)
Pork:
