      I don’t think so. They didn’t the first time, i don’t see a reason for them to act any differently the second time.

      If they’re escorted by Italy through the blockade, I expect they’ll be allowed to dock, then any supplies will be seized “for secure and proper distribution” (i.e. given to occupiers, left to rot, or outright destroyed), and the people will be deported.
