I heard about the court ruling the ban unconstitutional, but I also heard DeSantis calling for legislation formerly legalizing it. Just watched a video of the Polk County Sheriff stating open carry was now legal.

So?! Sounds like open carry is now a thing? Judge says go, law says no. Am I missing something?

And no, I’m not sporting my Colt .46 at Aldi, just want to carry at protests and otherwise ignore our weird and confusing gun laws.
