But, you kind of have to pick between rails and “classic” aesthetic.
You can get wood vfgs as part of the handguard (reverse dong 4life), side mounted optics from wish/temu that are actually decent. And for a light, people in actual war still to this day just tape and zip tie it.
So probably everything you want, without rails.
But at the end of the day it’s an AK. If you want to build it all modern like an AR, just do a 300blk AR. That’s kind of why 300 blk even exists. If you try and force an AK to be something it’s not, you’re gonna hate it
In my opinion, the ultimak doesn’t disrupt the classic aesthetic too much as long as you keep the rest of the classic style furniture.
