🤣🤣🤣
Thank you. And it just takes practice. About a year practicing real people, only cartoons before then. Just gotta start and keep going.
Not just practice. It takes the will to do it. I think that’s where most people fail.
I’m about to say something nerdy and feel free to completely ignore it. Behaviors are most often the output of systems and structure. If we set up our systems and structure properly we can get most of the behaviors we want. Atomic Habits goes a long way to prove and talk through this.
I agree, but even that takes effort.
For myself, I force practice for the things I want to do daily: guitar, drawing, work skills, etc.
The act in and of itself lowers the price of admission in the sense that it becomes less tedious with repetition. Perhaps it’s the same as what you’re saying. I’ve never heard the term “Atomic Habits,” but I’ll look it up.
That said, it still takes willingness and dedication.
It does take willingness and dedication. And Atomic Habits is a book by James Clear. Considered by many to be the gold standard for getting ourselves to do stuff.
