    Well written propaganda story with a lot of embellishments. Surviving on a daily bottle cap of water for two weeks… They for sure left out a detail or two.

      Why would a propaganda piece present an enemy soldier as a complex, conflicted, and damaged person instead of outright evil? Or tell how Ukrainian soldiers almost killed one of their own by mistake?

      Did you see how these people return home? They look like shit. Also the story mentions collecting rain water and drinking piss

        I’m not doubting that Russian soldiers are dealing with terrible conditions, there’s plenty of evidence out there. I’m just saying that the Ukrainian soldier couldn’t have survived for so long on so little water. They probably just didn’t want to write that he had ti drink his own piss too.

      It’s a two week long odyssey condensed into a short article. Of course they let out details and only put in the most interesting points so more people read it.
