Tonight’s Ask PHLemmy: What’s a food that the majority of people or restaurants fuck up in your opinion?
Steak. When it’s good, it’s great. Pero ang daming beses na parang ngumu-nguya ako ng bubble gum.
Totoo. Kahit wagyu pa yan, pag mali talaga luto pahirapan kainin. Inaabot ako isang oras.
On another note, ang dami ko rin nakikita sa hotel buffets na pinapawell done ang steaks.
I hear from Guga that the best way to cook steak is medium rare. Would try one if one cooked it properly like that.
I see a lot of people who have the shrimp cooked in hotel buffets. Personally, I think they get overcooked when you do this since most of the the time, the shrimp is already cooked.
Soup?
Well idk kung yung iba aty na oovercook yung sabaw nila dahil sa warmer or dahil “pangat-” na yung tirang sabaw from god knows when
