When I was younger, I was at a spot like this in the south of France once; not above the clouds tho. I can’t find it any more. The tree was an almond tree, i think. Nearby was a small walled medieval city, cloister or fortress with a tree in the center. It had various shops that sold local artwork to tourists. One shop sold clay pottery and ocarinas. I would like to revisit it and check if the small tree on top survived, but it seems impossible to find, because I was so young and nobody of my family remembers the names of anything in the region.
