The director of the morgue at Harvard was charged for allegedly selling parts of donor’s bodies who dedicated their bodies for medical education and research.
It’s crazy to see the leader the one responsible for this. Usually the bad actors in this case are the students/researchers. I know when I went through anatomy lab, it was made clear that if we treated a cadaver without the utmost respect we’d be kicked out of school, and if we removed anything from the lab, the cops would pay us a visit.
I think this would be more suitable for a news community, as it doesn’t have any direct relation to the science (but also keep in mind that the News beehaw community is trying to keep “shock news” articles to a minimum). For now I’m just going to remove it from here.
