      Being comfortable with it.

      Not ignoring it, nor deluding myself that I am not, nor wallowing in it, but just letting it be. At some point, it felt as natural as breathing, and that being with people feels suffocating.

      Writing sa personal blog ko pag di na talaga kaya (last resort), playing mah fave games (go-to), maglalaba or maggrocery, and watching music videos ng sad songs (sounds counterproductive I know). For the latter, ewan, parang nakacancel out niya na for me yung feeling, kasi madalas napupunta na lang ako sa point na natatawa na lang ako sa effort ko at sa mga kantang mga pinagsesearch ko. Hehe

      distractions. its harder if its melancholy, cause distraction itself is hard to even start.

      you just acknowledge it, that’s part of life.
