They are all nice experiences, and it’s rather sad i can’t share that experience with my more casual friends :/

LibreOffice was very useful whenever i was asked to use MS Office, it’s the shit
He’s a wonderful person :)
The latter, and the underutilization of the fact that the standard library exists, and consequently the existence of so many micro dependencies.
Barely any of the functions actually moved, I’d rather the control panel stay just in case regardless, because i still find old fixes to problems i have on old forums and such.
Which is also why my system language is set to english, so everything on the control panel will have a searchable name instead of a half assed translation that I’ll have to translate back.
This picture honestly looks more like C++ than JS, and before you yell at me, JS doesn’t have any standards let alone competing standards so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Rage bait in a nutshell
It does one thing: make every contract have a clause specifically to combat this…
Security over AI my ball-cheeks
Not OP, but look, if someone, let’s say a stranger, has nefarious motives, they have an incentive to fake their mannerisms, this means relying on your empathy and social intelligence alone is a mistake since they may be used as a vector of attack.
In order to be safe, one must make sure they are not harmed or endangered in any way, this includes avoiding certain situations with strangers.
Also, don’t just randomly pathologize people just because you don’t understand where they are coming from, even if done with no harm in mind, you will come off as very disrespectful.
Very reasonable
Wheezed at this, thanks
Kinda sounds easier to implement tbh, like, right now leap days are in a specific month, but wouldn’t it (in addition to a hypothetical new years day) be easier to handle and remember if they are a very explicit part of the calendar system?
That’s weird considering how much of it was documented, maybe it’s different for me because I live in this godforsaken place and news have to reach me one way or the other.

This is in Hebrew because this is what i read at the time, you’d have to look up another article in English yourself if you want to.
Also, an identical directive was given the morning of October 7th 2023.
cough cough Hannibal Directive
On the road, 4 cars would take more space lined up one behind another.
I don’t know what the law is where you live but i know what it is where i live, so excuse my weird metrics for a sec while i explain how wrong what you said is.
In order to facilitate proper reaction time for yourself as the driver, you must have about two “seconds” (as in if you stared at the road beneath the car in front of you, your car would be there in about two seconds) between your car and the one in front of you.
Meaning the faster the vehicles are, the larger the gaps, and if we’re talking 4 vehicles, it’s 3 gaps.
For maneuverability’s sake, it’s worth mentioning the “wave propagation” that happens during brake time, but I won’t get into it.
