One pattern I have noticed in suspicious accounts is in their name. Adjective-Noun-Number is the format I see controversial posts by accounts newly made. The posts they make usually generate a lot of outrage.
Correct. The countries most likely to get into an actual shooting war didn’t sign the treaty. The US, China, Russia and some others did not sign the treaty.
From the article…
“The official also pointed to the function of the mines, which they said require a battery for operation and will not detonate once the battery runs out after a period of a few hours to a few weeks.”
Those “teenagers” were 18 and were enlisted to the IDF
Heh. Typical. Technically correct, but used in a way meant to be wildly misleading. Something similar is done regarding gun crime victims. One misleading stat involves “children” who are victims of gun violence. Some of these ‘victims’ are gang members in their late teens or early twenties.
I’m not the person you are replying to, but yes, an attack on an Israeli base is a legitimate attack, not a ‘terrorist attack’.
and their Hezbollah affiliation was unclear.
Why would Hezbollah distribute one way pagers to non-members? These pagers weren’t for sale on the open market. Hezbollah bought them for their members only.
Hezbollah actually had a good idea to use these pagers instead of cell phones. Cell phones can be tracked, these pagers can’t be tracked. Unfortunately for Hezbollah, the IDF has infiltrated the Hezbollah’s communications.
Would Russia doing this to Ukraine count as a well executed precise attack?
If Russia were able to plant mini-bombs into the communication equipment distributed to Ukraine’s armed forces? Yes, it would be described as a well executed, precise attack.
Armies world wide often “booby trap” equipment or ammunition that they think will fall into enemy hands.
Flashing to pass ‘might’ have been a thing long ago. When I was taught driver’s ed in the 1980s, we were told not to do it, so perhaps it was done in previous decades.
1967: Six Day War. Israel invades a variety of areas that it borders
You’ve made a pretty good summary, but I have one quibble: Egypt, Syria and Jordan were planning to attack Israel. Israel launched pre-emptive strikes.

Well played, good sir.
He doesn’t have $270 billion dollars. He has $270 billion dollars worth of assets.
You are mistaking the Catholic practice of Lent (not eating meat on Friday) with the Jewish Kosher practice of not mixing dairy with meat (possible cross contamination?).
Very common. Almost every home built in the past 50 years would have one. Not sure about apartments.
IIRC, the only problem with asbestos is when you tear up/demolish a building. Injested asbestos particles cause the health problems. If the building doesn’t suffer any damage, the asbestos remains inert and doesn’t cause any harm.
Thanks Broseph. I totally agree with your response. I was doing my best to provide a proper analogy to db0’s question: “If Russians did the same to Americans, you’d be all “fair play, mate”?”
I’ll quibble with you on ‘booby trap’. Booby traps are like what Russian is doing in Ukraine when they retreat: putting primed grenades next to doors that will be opened when Ukrainian troops come through. Or maybe later if the Ukrainian troops don’t find the booby traps: civilians who come back to the ‘cleared’ areas. This is why booby trapping is prohibited. The enemy might miss it and later on a civilian might come across it.
The Israelis modified devices meant for military purposes by a para-military organization. These pagers weren’t being sold in local markets to anyone who would buy them.
Other than Fortnite, what game is only available on Epic?
