Oof… I feel that my friend… I try so hard not to exercise for the calories… but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Stay strong! 🤘🏻

This is why I do CICO. Let’s me adjust what I eat based off what I’m feeling that day… and it’s nice because ultimately it’s about eating at a deficit over a week, in my case at least… since I’m targeting 1.5 lbs/week it’s just about being at a deficit overall… so if I have a rough day I can theoretically “make up for it” throughout the rest of the week.
Of course I still need to exercise control and not just eat whatever whenever… but I love the flexibility and it’s allowed me to stay on track for 50 lbs over 6 months…
Ugh… yes. I concur wholeheartedly…
Nope… because I just tried it as a white male and got back a pure Asian man using the same prompts… and I’ll be damned if I’m not jealous/sad because the man it spit back out was way better looking than me…
One thing I’d recommend is just do the capstone and go to T3… the power jump after getting the gear that isn’t soft capped is insane… I was struggling T2 with a level 52ish Barb and I hit the bullet and grinded the story to get to T3 and I was shocked at the change… still gotta watch the survivability… but damage took off.
PREACH! 100% correct.
Just read the patch notes and it sounds like the classic whining that MMO hardcores do every time something changes… seems to me like this only effects the try-hards who have been taken advantage of broken mechanics and bugs to dominate and faceroll everything through end game…
I’m only level 57 but I’ve finished the campaign and am just working my way through TIII stuff… so maybe I’ll see it later… but it didn’t look terrible to me. 🤷🏼♂️
I mean… they have Bible verses printed on their cups and fry containers and what not… I worked for them back in the day and the founders were 100% what you’d imagine when you think of rich white SoCal conservatives… this saddened me but didn’t surprise me at all… and honestly, until I saw this headline I’d root for them 100% because they treat their employees well, pay well, and promote from within. As a company to work for (this decision excluded) they are pretty damn great.
Although I’d like to offer an alternative to the conservative COVID denial option, which is they are very old school… I could totally see a couple of boomers deciding customer service (smiling at your customers like a cheesy training video from the 80s) is more important than health concerns.
3 and 6 - Be able to master something I enjoy (for me - writing, woodworking, math) and then make living doing I something I love instead of my soul sucking job I have now… and 6 - more time to do the things I love. Without the flaws inherent in eternal life…
Healthcare… 3, 12 hour shifts per week… shit… be a nurse in the Bay Area and you can be part of the 1% without working OT…
