We have tipping in Europe, but that’s mostly only done if you have a very good experience, not because you are expected to. Just pay your employees.
In Belgium we have automatic wage indexation based on inflation of certain product. Some right wing parties want to get rid of it, but luckily it’s still here.

I agree with this for the most part, but saying Hogwarts Legacy objectively sucks is just wrong. Most people liked the game, including me (although the main story plot is not great).
