At least within a higher level education environment, the problem is who does the critical thinking. If you just offload a complex question to chat gpt and submit the result, you don’t learn anything. One of the purposes of paper-based exercises is to get students thinking about topics and understanding concepts to apply them to other areas.

Yes, I’ve had this exact challenge with every reply I get - “what post was this reply in context to?”. I wish there was an easy way to click to see the parent post or to at least be able to see what my reply was to help provide context.
Also consider that this is an amalgamation of collective knowledge from their efforts that has to all be pieced together individually. Really amazing to see the level and detail and general accuracy!
