1 month agoI think it might be worth developing some kind of Linux installer on place that is capable of removing Windows and replace it with some Linux flavor. Just one USB, some space in your disk and Linux is installed without data loss

I gotta admit that I’ve tried stockings/tights before (not quite the same, but I got very hairy legs) and it’s not uncomfortable at all, however it quite doesn’t look good.

I don’t want to be pessimistic about it, however I think it’s gonna be like Windows: enshittification will happen, but inconvenience is “too small” for people that they’ll rather check for a workaround than leave the platform.
My guess is that we need something more appealing like the Steam Deck to make people take the step.

Oh, I guess it’ll take some time to them to get it polished. Btw, did you have to download the models or were them included within the update?
Would you mind reporting back (in a few days) how is the battery life? I’m kinda concerned about it.
