Pasta salad is one of my go-to lunches on the go. Fusili pasta mixed with any and all vegetables you prefer. For protein I’ll add boiled eggs, beans and/or fried chicken strips. Easy to make, nutritious and good to eat cold/room temperature.

I don’t think anyone here expected reddit to just fall over and die from the protests, nor is it a competition.

Lemmy will probably never reach the heights reddit have done but it’s a growing community with great potential and I for one am really enjoying being part of it.
