Mm. I did that on purpose, so a newcomer sees all the categories and possibilites eventhough he is not yet searchig for something specific.

After all it is “Where to start?“ and not about a specific search.

The community is about a week old. As I just onboarded petl we had the first discussion and thought about, what would be appealing to the members.

Okay. This really is a movement. I’m wondering how big it is after all? I mean there are several reddit and lemmy communities, but aren’t that only rather small groups?

They started Iris2 back when the full scale invasion started. There is another European sat constellation (I don’t remember the name) that could be a stopgap. Beyond of that using OneWeb sats is discussed.
