I think its a european thing, and the labratory that gives out these ‘scores’ is french… but so far it’s voluntary for every competitor to use it on their packaging or not…

But they’re nestle, so its a hard pass for me…

Same here. We could choose french, or if we did not bother to choose ended up in english… So I reckon either it changed in the early-mid 2000s or it is “Ländersache” and some have a choice option, others don’t.
