The best way of saying it would probably be a black person with a blue hat, which is probably also what most would say. Never heard someone think that black is offensive, unless you are saying a black, which is definitely not acceptable.

CoMaps is definitely what you want. The search isn’t the best, but the map design is better than Google’s design which even at high zoom levels refuses to show many POIs and hides most of everything. CoMaps shows all POI possible without looking cluttered

OsmAnd is more for power users, it is slow and ugly but can do anything. I use it for bike routing with the external BRouter app, and it is far better than all other bike nav, but a bit of a pain.

A good idea would be a p2p system such as briar, which would be extremely hard to block as it syncs over tor, local WiFi, Bluetooth, and removable drives. As it is fully encrypted and has no servers to take over it would be very hard for the government to intercept messages.

I would doubt it, it is nowhere near as good as office and google sheets specifically has much smaller worksheets than excel, with only 26 rows.

Google docs is far worse than office, in every way except for collaboration. It does not destroy them at all. LibreOffice is on par except for having no collaboration, but is not widely used so definitely haven’t destroyed them. Office is still very successful and probably won’t be gone anytime soon
