The worst verision of this I think is just never being able to lie or soften your words to not hurt people’s feelings or offend them, so you are just always incredibly blunt and brutally honest.

I know with veggies you can ferment them in a jar with the right amount of salt in the water. You just can never let the ones in the jar touch the air or the bad bacteria takes over.
