You can literally get addicted to anything… even a habit can be addictive.

As with anything you do, do it in moderation. Even too much bananas can kill you.

For my automated content I go by a factor of 4. Things that I download manually usually also gets ratio 4 but things that are hard to come by or that I really like get unlimited ratio.
