Hmm I don’t know if there’s a “correct” way, but you could flash the stock version on the first SD card and fire Ubuntu up. Then configure your system and shut down.
Next I would dd the whole SD card into an .img file which then you could flash to all other SD cards.
Be aware of changing hostname and static IP for each new sd card to avoid network trouble
In my opinion kotlin tries to slowly close the gap between functional and OOP programming. I love the implicit null checks, extension functions and the various list functions😊

What the hell is beluga? … I’m getting old😁
I found the solution, it was the default kernel for raspberry pi:
raver@viruspi ~ dpkg -l "linux-image-rpi*" | grep ^ii ii linux-image-rpi-2712 1:6.6.74-1+rpt1 arm64 Linux for Raspberry Pi 2712 (meta-package) ii linux-image-rpi-v8 1:6.6.74-1+rpt1 arm64 Linux for Raspberry Pi v8 (meta-package) raver@viruspi ~
The problem existed with the
linux-image-rpi-2712
kernel. I’ve read that it is mainly targeted for the older rpi models. After switching to thelinux-image-rpi-v8
kernel everything works😊, lemmy rocks, good job💪👌✌️
Good job, though for me on a raspbian Debian bookworm with
%raver@viruspi ~ uname -a Linux viruspi 6.6.74+rpt-rpi-2712 #1 SMP PREEMPT Debian 1:6.6.74-1+rpt1 (2025-01-27) aarch64 GNU/Linux
Running on raspberry pi 5 the lemmy 0.19.9 container fails with exit code 139 and won’t start

I would love to have dnssec. Theoretically it should work for .it domains but unfortunately my DNS provider checkdomain.de doesn’t support it, and I haven’t found another German or EU based cheap DNS provider where I could transfer my domain to
