Yeah, the kitchen table is the smaller, “informal” eating table closer to the kitchen, as opposed to the larger dining table in the formal dining room. It’s an older concept by today’s (US) architectural standards. I’m sure there’s some more formal definition, but I’ve always thought about it as the place where people itemized their deductions by combing through receipts in various media. Or had discussions about other important things. You know, kitchen table stuff.

Well, no, it’s not that he’s being reported on, I just don’t like how he’s positioning himself as a sewer socialism progressive while being anything but. I don’t think “not technically bad” necessarily means objectively good. The artistry is in the intent just as much as the execution, so I think my post hoc disappointment at learning something was made with AI is regret at the time spent considering what is literally random noise with all of the “bad” parts taken out.

Actually objectively, rampant AI use is harming us more than it’s helping right now.
