I don’t believe the default Lemmy interface supports it, yeah. I sometimes use Alexandrite and I don’t think it does, but not 100% certain. Haven’t tried Photon or any of the other options that may be out there.
If you’re on Lemmy.world, try:
Aledandrite - https://a.lemmy.world/
Voyager - https://m.lemmy.world/
Old Reddit - https://old.lemmy.world/
Photon - https://p.lemmy.world/
Tesseract - https://t.lemmy.world/
Not sure what others may be out there, but maybe one of them has the setting you’re looking for.
Edit: Alexandrite does seem to have a “system default” option, so if your system automatically updates theme based on time of day, that may work.
Edit 2: Seeing similar on each of the others, though how well each works, I’m not certain.
Booba and Cocky
Are you using an app, or one of the additional Lemmy frontends like Alexandrite or Photon?

The updated Forerunner architecture designs seem directly lifted out of Tron. I can’t imagine it’s a coincidence that Halo 4 released just 2 years after Tron Legacy.

Looking at YappyMonotheist’s post history, I’m pretty sure they’re just a troll, I would just ignore and move on.

Even if you do fall under “far left politics”, you’ll still be shit on for being the wrong kind of leftist.

Woden resembling Odin (along with the name)
Just some additional context, Woden is the Anglo-Saxon name for the same god, worshipped in England prior to the arrival of Christianity. Not too different from how the Roman version of Zeus is Jupiter.
The English word “Wednesday” also etymologically derives from “Woden’s Day,” like how Thursday is also “Thor’s Day”

There’s an Xbox Developer Direct next week that will feature Forza, I’m assuming they would have announced it then.

Seems a bit dangerous to make X-ray Glasses without sufficient shielding

Hey, it’s a thing, blame the Japanese!
You fry the rice in ketchup, serve it in an omelette. Optionally top with more ketchup.
Can sub the ketchup for demi-glace if that is more palettable, but that’s way more effort than I’m willing to put in for lazy time breakfast food.

Fry the rice and egg up together with some soy sauce, add some garlic in whatever form, bonus points if you have any white pepper, suddenly elevated.
Or even just some ketchup, make omurice, can’t go wrong.

Risotto plus some random protein, not sure which but I have options.
Risotto is easy to make and doesn’t look like much, but it’s hard to say no to pure carbs, butter, and cheese.

Can’t say it’s original, I definitely stole it from someone else here who had the same grievance.

Yeah, that’s what I tried first, but it was basically a game of whack-a-moe.
I don’t like the nuclear option of outright blocking people, but blocking a single person is easier than blocking two dozen communities, and it future proofs it when they continue making new ones.

If only people actually elected President Camacho IRL. Say what you will about him, but he deferred to subject matter experts when he was proven wrong and facilitated actual, positive change as a result.
The current administration prefers to just double down on its own ignorance when challenged.

My trick: I ended up just blocking 5 or 6 total users and see almost none of it.

Say what one will, but it’s the cheapest subscription service without ads and it still manages to put out good programming.
Edit: Okay, cheapest of the major streaming platforms. Still can’t beat Dropout in terms of bang for your buck.

Not to say this shouldn’t be treated with the gravity it deserves, but are there any media outlets reporting on this other than the Daily Mail? Not exactly known for being the most reliable rag out there.
I think people just miss their niche interest communities.
For example, I love Elden Ring, but !eldenring@lemmy.world hasn’t had any new posts in almost a year. Meanwhile the Elden Ring subreddit has a bunch of posts just from the last few minutes.
Still not enough to make me go back to Reddit, but I admit it’s something I miss and something that just can’t be recreated without more people.
