!pokemon@lemmy.world was created 6 months ago, and has eight posts … one of which is clickbait, but was never removed, as the sole mod hasn’t done anything since creating the account. With a “popular” theme like Pokémon, it would be a waste to let such a community sink into oblivion.
If noone else wants to take over, I’d like to volunteer, but since I already mod a bunch of stuff, I’d like to give other interested users the first pick, and/or invite additional users to join the mod team.
In some clients, that will turn into a link to the community. As such, it’s sorta become a way to say “the following word is the name of a community”
