    Mr. Rogers would like Cthulhu just the way It is. He would let Cthulhu soak Its tentacles in the same kiddie pool as his feet. He would make sure Cthulhu knew he was feeding the fish. He would help Cthulhu find ways of getting the mad out sometimes.

      Ohh yeah for sure, it would be the only time Cthulhu would be vulnerable, but you wouldn’t want to take advantage of it out of respect to Mr Rogers.
