        Gameplay preview

        Game looks good so far. I have to thank Dark Souls/Elden Ring for giving FromSoft the budget they need to revive such a potentially good franchise and give producers the necessary financial leeway to make their vision for the game a reality.

        Mechs + Souls difficulty + bullet hell bosses = Potentially exciting game, based on what I’ve seen in the game/trailers. Not quite sure about the story though, but only time will tell.

    May work inuman na naman daw next week. Ayaw ko na, I’ve had enough ✋ thank you. Parang every week na lang. Nung pool inuman halos nagbatuhan na sila nung upuan parang dun sa resort w/ damaged property issue. I did have that horrified expression of, ‘wtf are they doing’ habang may kausap ako.

    Umuwi na ako agad nung time na yun, but I did hear hindi na binalik yung security deposit tapos dinagdagan ata. Natandaan ko nga yung isa sinawsaw yung manok sa pool tapos yung chaser laman ay pool water. After ko makita yun umahon na ako.

    Sumakit mga tiyan nila the next day. Grabe talaga buti na lang I had my own drink na ako nagtitimpla kasi maarte ako sa paghahalo ko.

    I am not drinking from that questionable cup that everyone is sharing kasi di ko type yung style. You won’t drink from my cup because you won’t like the way I mix my drinks, and oh, how I like to mix my drinks like it’s some sort of experiment. Quits.

      Seems like they’re a rowdy bunch. While that could be fun from time to time, it does get old fairly quickly.

      And messing around with food is a bit too risky for my taste. I’m fine with sharing a cup, but drinking pool water?? Nah, man.

      I never really get inuman as a form of bonding. I act and talk crazy without being drunk and I feel sad for those who need to hide behind intoxication just to say/do what they want to.

      I remember a drunk coworker confronting me in one of those drinking sessions on how he’s hurt by me expressing how crappy he is at work. He got to express what he wanted but it didn’t change everybody’s view of how crappy his work is to this day.

      I didn’t say sorry when he confronted me. I don’t think it was what he needed. He just needed an illusion of momentary power. I gave him just that.

      Kung papansin mo yung mga ads ng beer and alcoholic drinks, they associate images of power and success to their product, di ba?

    So this is what my reddit API usage from Relay looks like:

    I don’t know if I can justify 2/3 USD a month for what would be a gimped/inconsistent version of reddit, since this excludes NSFW posts.

    Also, it’s a bit concerning for me personally because the stats above are based on my reduced usage already.

        Not sure if I met you IRL, but I did get to meet a few of the other r/ph mods during official meetups and even hung out with some of them on random nights out.

        I’ve met a lot of awesome people there from 2014 onwards when I was pretty active. It’s such a shame r/ went down this path of treating their users like crap.

          I’m a relatively new mod. Just before the pandemic ata ako na-appoint. I didn’t know there were meetups then and doubt I would have joined, lol.

          Among the redditors, I probably only met one (bleedthrough) back in 2017. Parang kambal ko lang, similar sense of humor and tastes. I think si cheese_sticks na-meet ko by accident when I was still active in Golden Retriever gatherings.

            Yeah, sina bleedthrough, coffee, ramen, etc., and other active users na hindi na mods like me. Napakanta pa namin one time si bleedthrough ng Taylor Swift song sa isang roof deck bar where we used to meet. 2015, I think.

            Sa official meetups naman, surprisingly ang daming pumupunta. Generally friendly atmosphere naman and it’s where I got mixed in with the board game crowd. There were a lot of board game nights before the pandemic.

            Good times.

              Regular meetups between GR owners. Was active there from 2014-16. Stopped going kasi medyo malayo mga locations, usually sa SMX or Greenfields District. It doesn’t help na medyo asshole yung isa sa main founders and would yell at members who don’t pose properly during group photos, lol. She also exudes this rich bitch Forbes lady vibes.

              The other members were good though, so baka na-meet ko si cheese_sticks (who’s like a staple in GR circles going back to PEX days) without knowing.

      Mukhang gusto nilang i-encourage na mag-turn-on ng watch history ang mga tao, for more data hoovering. As if di nila na nirerecord yung watch histories natin.

      Nikola Tesla. Edison was such an asshole. Tesla even wanted Electricity to be free for all.

      Also, he paid his outstanding hotel bill at the Waldorf with a box allegedly containing a death beam but was in actuality, harmless electronic parts.

          Totoo. I just wish Elon didn’t use Tesla’s name, or perhaps tinuloy na lang nya ung mga potential projects ni Tesla for posterity.

          Gusto ko gumawa ng Electric Company named Tesla and do a prometheus by bringing fire electricity for free to the world lmao.
