    Well why do you think that we haven’t heard much fallout over it? Ukraine likely did the Germans a favour here over the long term, and most the world agrees. But. A cold winter a possibility, and then western europe could be in trouble, in which case this may come back to the front of politics

      Qui bono? I think the Ukraine had the best fitting motive. AFAIK the gas supply is relatively stable and sufficient so that major shortages this winter are not likely. (Fingers crossed)

        Electricity got fucking expensive though. I’m hoping it’ll push more to go for nuclear.

        The article does explain this in detail. I’m pretty convinced after reading. But, it does explore other possibilities, and nothing is really confirmed yet
