Describing the Israel-Gaza war as “genocide” trivialises the concept, the Chief Rabbi has said.

Sir Ephraim Mirvis said “the race to linguistic escalation has consequences”, adding that accusing Israel of committing genocide went against “the very idea of human rights itself” and reduced “humanity’s gravest crime to a political insult”.

    “The clearest evidence that Israel did not intend to destroy the people of Gaza is that it did not in fact do so.”

    So Hitler did not intend to kill all the Jews, Roma, Gays, Trans, socialists, soviets etc. because he failed to do so
