Librera F-Droid or much Better Librera Pro in github yes their pro version is free in github has tts function too you might like it the only offputting for me in Librera is there is no highlight only bookmark text
evie is also free, I’ve tried many reading apps, pero sa evie yung pinakamadaling gamitin UI wise, at may built-in equilizer which is heaven send sa pagadjust sa tono ng TTS
