2·11 days agoI do kinda prefer that idea, or rather, I’ve considered something similar from the perspective of positive ratings. I’d like a way to prioritize content by heavily weighting upvotes from people who I’ve liked interacting with.
It’s like attending a concert. An additional similarity is I wouldn’t attend any of the popular bands’ but might even travel a bit to see one of the indies.

Even if that is true about the particular genocide people are referring to in this comment chain, the raw chicken is also doing Blood Libel towards Haitians and promising to mass deport millions of people.
On reflection they probably mean Donald would ensure Ukraine is taken over, which is true. I suppose that means delaying WWIII until Russia’s next invasion.
They must have forgotten Donald tweeting (nuclear?) threats at Iran from the Oval Office. Or they don’t think that would be a World War situation.
I assume the arguments we are supposed to consider aren’t the outrageously bigoted ones. Are there other ones in favor of Donald? Hard mode: that are based in reality?

There are plenty of comments on Hexbear and .ml from some of the very users in the screenshots that should have been taken down yet remain up to this day. They should go back and comment that on their own works of hatred.
I had the same feeling when I saw that, it’s good to have it available. One caveat is I think the instance admins can mess with the database to hide things, but my understanding is a typical mod cannot.
I would be shocked to discover they’re not already doing this.
Even if you don’t take their bait, someone else will. It makes a toxic forum if writing the wrong thing summons multiple bad faith ahistorical takes. It’s not worth preserving federation for the few who aren’t behaving like that, they can join other instances.
A lot of the removed content appears on instances’ mod logs, is that not meeting what you want?
