I’ve been using it for about a year. I’m not sure if privacy is really a big problem. It might depend on your search phrase. I don’t think Bing/MS can identify you that easily when searching with Ecosia.
It works well for me most of the time, though. I barely need to use Google.
Things will really get exciting once they have their own index.

1·25 days agoYes, but a good color laser printer is expensive and still not as good as an ink printer for photo printing. So, a laser printer is just a compromise.
I can print for free on a monochrome laser printer in my office. If I need high-quality photos, I order them online. Problem solved… bye, HP!

They have not changed it. You still just can configure a range of time where its not allowed to reboot. So OP is simply no power user, or is just lying. I sadly still need to use Windows on my working machine, and the forced update+reboot happens minimum once a month.
